  • Keith Sultemeier

    DVM

    Medical Director, Keith Sultemeier says that he has "the privilege of practicing in a career doing what I like most in life." His love of animals, people, science, medical biology and helping people and animals has made the last 25 years exciting, fulfilling and fun for him. Dr. Sultemeier was raised in Fort Stockton, Texas, and has been working at VCA Lakeside Animal Hospital since 1986. He received a bachelor of science in biochemistry in 1982 and his veterinary medicine degree in 1985 from Texas A&M University. Dr. Sultemeier is especially interested in surgery, endoscopy, ultrasonography and cytology. When he's not working, Dr. Sultemeier loves spending time with wife Lori and his three children, Nathan, Hannah and Benjamin. He also enjoys the company of his two cats Rutie and Naomi, and his three dogs, Ranger, Mollie and Maverick. Dr. Sultemeier's other interests include reading, hiking, biking and gardening. Dr. Sultemeier is also a Bible Study Fellowship leader, a World Missions Far Corners board member, and a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and Tarrant County Veterinary Medical Association.

  • Becky Lee Burk

    DVM

    Becky Lee Burk has been a doctor with VCA Lakeside Animal Hospital since 2007. Her interest in veterinary medicine began the rural town of Eunice, Louisiana where she grew up raising and showing horses and cattle. After graduating from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005 she moved to Florida with her husband Michael an American Airlines and U.S. Navy Reservist pilot. There she found a new love of practicing on exotic animals. Her interest in exotic animal medicine is one of her main focuses her at VCA Lakeside Animal Hospital in addition to ophthalmology and soft tissue. Dr. Burk and her husband Michael have a two children, Ezra (adopted from Ethiopia) and Libby (adopted through the Texas foster care system) and is a fervent adoption advocate.Her other interests include reading, traveling, party planning and digital design..

  • Jason Collins

    DVM

    Jason Collins started working at VCA Lakeside Animal Hospital in 2013. Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Dr. Collins is a proud alumnus of Mississippi State University (Go Bulldogs!), where he received a bachelor of science in Food Safety before graduating from MSU's College of Veterinary Medicine. He first became interested in working with animals because of his experiences in high school while participating in a 4-H livestock club. Dr. Collins serves on the board of the Tarrant County Veterinary Medical Association and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. His professional interests include surgery and dermatology. Dr. Collins and his wife Stacy are proud parents of one son, Christopher. Their family is rounded out by a Basset Hound mix named Edgar and a Miniature Schnauzer mix named Chloe.

  • Lisa Walsh

    Lisa Walsh began working at VCA Lakeside Animal Hospital in January 2010. A native of Dodge City, Kansas, she attended both Dodge City Community College and Kansas State University for her undergraduate studies and earned a bachelor of science in animal science from KSU in 1999. She graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. Dr. Walsh's professional interests include dentistry, preventative medicine and internal medicine. Dr. Walsh and her husband, Matt, are the proud parents of two girls and share their home with three Chihuahuas named Peter, Colby and Rosey. In her spare time, Dr. Walsh enjoys gardening and spending time with family.

  • Cyndi Davis

    DVM

    Cyndi V. Davis, a native of San Antonio, has worked at VCA Lakeside Animal Hospital since 2002. She holds a bachelor of science in biology from the University of the Incarnate Word and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University. Dr. Davis is especially interested in feline medicine and endocrinology. Dr. Davis and her husband Cal, an equine veterinarian, have a border collie named Jac and a horse named King. She has three children and in her spare time, she enjoys gardening and playing sports such as soccer, volleyball and softball. Dr. Davis is also a children's volunteer and helps with the marriage and family ministry at her church.
