DISREPUTABLE! Zero Customer Service

DISREPUTABLE! Do not use this company. They sent Gary who apparently has been with the company for 8 years (says a lot) to fix my hot water heater. He shows up and 10 minutes later says he needs to go to the store to get parts and "replace everything". He is gone for almost 45 minutes (when I live 2 minutes from Home depot) and then returns to "fix" my hot water heater. I leave for 30 minutes to pick up my kids from school and when I return, he is gone. My 25 year old daughter was here and he didn't leave paperwork, didn't say anything to her, didn't check to see if the thermostat he replaced "fixed" the problem...NADA! SO...I called the answering service and JIMMY the owner called me back and all I received was a "well...uh...sorry, Gary has been with me for 8 years...uh...it is the warranty company's fault because we follow their guidelines"? Gee Jimmy, get a clue about customer service! Your guy didn't assess or identify the problem correctly so send him back out and fix my water heater so I can take a hot shower as opposed to a cold shower!!! BUT NO...just a sorry but I can't do anything else? REALLY??? Because the warranty company won't pay you again? Good job Jimmy, owner of Mr. Young's plumbing!
