Description

Unwavering Employee Advocacy: Nationwide Legal Representation for Employees At Herrmann Law, we are committed to championing employee rights in the workplace. Our employment law attorneys know what it takes to standup against large corporations and secure victories for our clients. We represent employees who work across many different industries across the United States. Our expertise includes protecting the rights of employees working in the food and beverage industry. This includes but is not limited to restaurant workers, servers, bartenders, waiters, waitstaff, tipped employees, and other roles within the restaurant ecosystem. We recognize the unique challenges and legal issues that workers in the service and restaurant industries face and we are dedicated to ensuring fair compensation and treatment for workers in the service industry. In the transportation and trucking sectors, our representation spans courier drivers, taxi drivers, dispatchers, and truck drivers, among others. We understand the intense demands of these roles and fight to uphold their rights against potential wage theft and mistreatment. Our firm also regularly represents employees in the energy industry and oilfield, including truck drivers, misclassified oilfield employees, and various other oilfield roles. We are well-versed in the complexities of the energy sector and strive to protect these workers from exploitation. We also advocate for workers who are wrongfully classified as independent contractors in industries such as gig economy roles, exotic dancers, and more. This misclassification often leads to unpaid wages and lost benefits, an injustice we are determined to rectify. Our expertise is not limited to these fields; we represent employees from all industries who have suffered harm at the hands of their employers. Our portfolio ranges from large-scale class actions to individual cases, always with the singular aim of advocating for employee rights and ensuring fair treatment under state and federal laws. Trust Herrmann Law for unwavering support and dedicated representation.

  • Drew N. Herrmann

    Wage and Overtime Attorney

Drew Herrmann learned the value of an honest day’s work, growing up and working on his family’s farm in Kansas. Growing up in a blue-collar working-class family, values of work ethic, and proper compensation fueled Drew’s passion and desire to help those who are voiceless. Since the age of 4 years old, Drew worked on the family-farm, growing the foundation for the person he knew he wanted to become; a voice for working-class people. Tragically, at the ripe age of 12, Drew’s life changed forever when his father tragically passed away in a plane crash. Here is where most would find excuses to live an unfulfilled life. However, Drew continued working on the family-farm as a teenager before attending Kansas State University. His commitment to excellence was exemplified by graduating magna cum laude, with a B.S. in finance, then acceptance into Texas A&M University School of Law, where he once again graduated magna cum laude. Now as a lawyer, giving strength and a real voice to the underdog, those in need, is built into the fabric of Drew Herrmann’s DNA, his life experience. The ability to choose a path and commit to it fully is what enables Drew to represent the underdog and achieve success for his clients, even in the most difficult cases. The growing firm holds employers accountable and seeks full retribution for their transgressions. Mr. Herrmann regularly represents employees in state and federal courts across Texas in cases ranging from unpaid wage lawsuits, overtime lawsuits, lawsuits concerning salary-exempt status, lawsuits concerning the payment of tips, tip pools and gratuities, discrimination lawsuits, sexual harassment lawsuits, wrongful termination lawsuits, retaliation lawsuits, breach of contract lawsuits, and other workplace lawsuits.
