AMAZING!!!!!
I absolutely love this place! The facility is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and it is one of the best workout I have ever had!!

Best workout/staff
My husband and I love this studio, we are pushed in the best way possible to get the best workouts every time. We are only 30 and thought we were in pretty good shape but boy we were wrong. Just in the first 6 classes we noticed significant results. We love our Camp Bowie Crew

Empowering
I am absolutely in love!!! I used to get bored with class and programs, but not here! Everyday is a different workout! I feel so empowered since I began kickboxing. I'm stronger, both physically and mentally. I didn't join a gym, I joined a family!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The instructors are motivating, the facilities are clean, and everyone here is friendly. You will definitely notice an improvement in yourself after a few classes. If you are serious about getting in shape and always want a new challenge I highly recommend becoming a member here!

ILoveKickboxing is seriously an amazing place to be. The staff is so much fun to be around, encouraging, uplifting, supportive, and extremely helpful. The facilities are pristine and cleaned after every class. The pro shop is always stocked and if they don’t have something you’re looking for, the staff will do what they can to get it for you. It has become my second home!

I love this place!
I joined ILK Camp Bowie about 4 weeks ago. The driving factor for me was accountability. My clothes were getting too tight; my stress so high I felt like I was going to climb out of my own skin… I needed a positive environment to start getting healthy, both physically and mentally. AND I found it! I love going to classes from the welcome greeting, to the encouragement on the mat, and the farewell until next time. When I miss one of my classes I am truly disappointed and waiting for my next opportunity to be on the mat. The other aspect I really enjoy is the mix of people on the mat- all shapes, sizes, fitness levels, ages.. you name it. We are in it together and all there to find the best version of ourselves!

AMAZING
ILKB is a GREAT environment with AMAZING trainers. You don't need any experience to join, the trainers will guide you through the class on the proper techniques and forms. I highly recommend trying a class!

THIS PLACE ROCKS!
I absolutely LOVE coming here to workout! The trainers are AMAZING!!! They know you by name and you are immediately greeted when you walk through the door. They ALWAYS motivate you and are willing to help. They truly make you feel invincible. I love how the classes have all age, shapes and sizes. If you have health issues (I have a bad knee) they have ways to alter your workout for you to still feel the burn. We're all there with the same goals and they will stop at nothing to help you achieve them. I have been working out for 8 weeks and have already seen results! Classes are an hour long, but it goes by so fast you will hate to stop. The classes are so great some of the members will stay for double classes!!! One of these days I'll be bold enough to try. The awesome part is they have a promotion with 3 classes for $9.99 that includes FREE GLOVES! I promise you will not be disappointed. I can't thank the team enough for the love I feel when I walk through the doors. Mae, Michelle, Chris and Dante...YOU GUYS ROCK! So glad that I am apart of the ILoveKickboxing Fort Worth- Camp Bowie family! We have a love hate relationship. I hate the Burpees but Love how I feel at the end of the class.

Great place to work out!

Awesome workout and crew
ILKB - Camp bowie is amazing! The staff are motivating and hold you accountable while still being genuine and meeting you on a personal level. They help me modify anything that I can't do because of my knee, but after only a couple weeks, I was already seeing vast improvement in my flexibility, strength, and endurance. Plus, every day I go becomes my favorite day; it's so much fun!

Fantastic trainers and gym
This place has been fantastic for me. I always hated going to the gym. Never sure what to do, how to do things properly and didn't get the encouragement I needed. Well this place has changed all of that. It is a fun yet challenging workout. The trainers are so friendly and motivational. No matter your fitness level they work with you and teach you the proper form and body mechanics. It is just simply amazing.
