    Born in Waynesboro, Virginia, Dr. Abraham grew up in Nederland, Texas and started his passion for caring when he was young, influenced by an uncle in India who was a pediatrician. His amazing career in medicine has taken him from Virginia to Texas, to Florida, South Carolina and then he finally landed back in Texas with Fort Worth Renal Group. Dr. Abraham always goes the extra mile with his genuine caring demeanor and earns the trust of his patients and their families. His interest in Chronic Kidney Disease, transplantation and helping his patients plan ahead while working to slow the progression of kidney disease are what sets him apart as an excellent physician. Dr. Abraham received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He attended graduate school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston graduating in 1992 and went on to obtain his MBA from Florida Tech University in 2014. After his internship Birmingham, Alabama, his completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 1995 at Baptist Health System in Birmingham. He was Chief Resident from 1995-1996. He finished his Nephrology and Transplant Fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida in 1998. His certifications include: American Board of Internal Medicine, ABIM-Nephrology, AST in Transplant Nephrology, NBPAS Certification for Internal Medicine and Nephrology.     Dr. Raju Patil received his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College in Bangalore, India in 2002. After a brief work as research Fellow at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore, India, he continued on to receive a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois in Springfield, IL in 2006. He completed his internal medicine residency program in Urbana, IL in 2008. He later pursued a fellowship in nephrology, including an ultrasound fellowship at Emory University, Atlanta, GA, which he completed in the summer of 2018. He was the Chief Fellow from 2017-2018 during his fellowship at Emory University. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. His areas of interest in Nephrology include hypertension management, Ultrasound Imaging, chronic kidney disease management, caring for patients on dialysis and managing patients in the acute care setting. Dr. Patil was recognized as a 2026 Top Doctor in Nephrology by Fort Worth Magazine, a peer-nominated distinction reflecting his dedication to improving kidney care outcomes for patients across Fort Worth and North Texas. Driven by the belief that the patient always comes first, he prioritizes personalized and compassionate care, ensuring each patient’s unique needs are met.     Dr. Tudor Gradinariu’s journey in medicine began at a young age. Born into a family of doctors and medical providers he was immersed in the language and science of caring for people. An only child he moved from his family’s home in Romania to Lyon, France at 5 years old then immigrated with his parents to Colorado Springs at age 10 where he grew up in the beautiful Rockies playing near clear rushing streams in the crisp mountain air. Dr. Gradinariu (pronounced Gra-din-a-riu) earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (with minors in French and Psychology) from Boston University where he was in the honors program. After graduating, he went on to attend medical school at Rocky Vista University from 2012-2016 and then to Palmetto General Hospital for training in Internal Medicine in Hialeah, Florida from 2016-2019. In 2021 he joined Fort Worth Renal Group after finishing his fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital Nephrology in Detroit, Michigan. His article Sodium-Based Osmotherapy in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy: A Mathematical Approach appeared in Kidney360 in February 2020. His interests include CRRT, Dysnatremias, Hepatorenal Syndrome, and Dialysis Access Management. He is board certified in ABIM for Internal Medicine and belongs to the AMA, AOA, ACP, and ASN.     Nurse Practitioner

    Mimi Ho is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) with Fort Worth Renal Group, where she has cared for patients with kidney disease since August 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master of Science in Nursing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Before joining Fort Worth Renal Group, Mimi spent five years in critical care nursing across Fort Worth, including the Cardiovascular ICU at Baylor All Saints and Cardiac Progressive Care at Texas Health Harris Methodist, caring for patients managing heart failure, multi-organ failure, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT, a form of dialysis used in critical care). Mimi is available to see patients in our OP clinic setting at our Main FWRG campus. Board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Mimi is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau International.     Darrica Davis is a Nurse Practitioner originally from Kansas City. She began her career as a nurse in various dialysis clinics throughout the Midwest. After completing her undergraduate nursing program at Grand Canyon University, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2024, specializing as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Following graduation, she continued her work in nephrology before joining Fort Worth Renal Group. Darrica is committed to delivering safe, competent care and believes that nurse practitioners play a vital role in bridging the gap between patient-focused care, education, and real-world experience. In her spare time, Darrica enjoys spending time with her family, skating, and attending church.

    Nurse Practitioner, MSN, APRN, FNP

    Millicent Osamba is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Fort Worth Renal Group, where she has cared for patients with kidney disease since April 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Adventist University in Keene, Texas, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Her nephrology background reaches back more than a decade, including acute dialysis nursing roles across North Texas at Baylor Scott & White, Texas Health Resources, Baylor University Medical Center, and other regional dialysis centers, providing inpatient dialysis care for patients with acute kidney injury and end-stage kidney disease. A licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Millicent rounds with the Fort Worth Renal Group team in the outpatient dialysis unit and follows patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and post-kidney-transplant needs in the clinic setting.     Maritza Seidel is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) joining Fort Worth Renal Group in December 2021, where she partners with the renal care team to evaluate and manage kidney conditions across the continuum of care. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Fayetteville Technical Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing cum laude, and her Master of Science in Nursing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care at Texas Woman's University. Maritza brings 12 years of clinical nursing experience to her role, including seven years in the surgical trauma intensive care unit (STICU) at Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth and five years in cardiac step-down nursing. A Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) with ACLS and BLS certifications, Maritza is bilingual in English and Spanish, helping more Fort Worth patients understand their care in their own language. Her critical-care foundation supports patients managing kidney disease at every stage, focused on the whole picture, not just the lab results, and on what happens next.
